Your return request has been completed. Returns are free.

The product and the original bag must be in the same condition as when received: new, unused, with the original label and packaging. The courier will pick up the package from your address. You don't have to pay anything to the courier. Please pack the product in the same package it was received in or in another package of the same size. The refund will be processed when the package arrives back to us.

If the courier does not receive the package within 5 working days, please let us know so that we can arrange for another courier.
